Here's the first of two posts showcasing the February themed swaps of artist trading cards at UKATC and I'm starting with the Red and White theme.
The first card features a die cut using Crafty Individuals' sweet little bird cage die, matted onto plain and spotty paper, with a few dots of Sparkles glitter glue.
For the second card I used Distress Ink in Fired Brick and two Crafty Individuals' rubber stamps: crackle stamp and a script stamp. The butterfly is cut from textured card stamped with the crackle background, using Cricut cartridge Indie Art. The butterfly is randomly brushed with ink and because the card is textured it gives a nice grungy look.
The last card uses the negative space left from the above die cut, with flower corners punched from a mini die cut.
